1. After signing contract, a retainer via Zelle/Venmo is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due after the session. Client covers all costs related to the session (such as parking fee). Travel fees may apply beyond 50 miles from 91701.

2. Retainer is non-refundable if client cancels. Rescheduling requires 3 days' written notice. Last-minute changes forfeit the retainer.

3. Late arrivals over 1 hour forfeit the retainer. A new full retainer will be required to reschedule.

4. Lightly-edited photos delivered in 5–30 days (as specified in contract), rush service available. Headshots are completed within 24 hours. Most photos are delivered via online gallery; other methods by request. RAW files not included unless requested in writing.

5. Lightly-editing includes color grading, exposure correction, distortion adjustment, and simple skin retouching. Additional retouching (such as slimming / background changes / object removal) starts at $20 per image.

6. Online gallery is complimentary. Due to uncontrollable factors such as website closure, clients are responsible for backing up their photos after receipt. Photos are stored on the photographer’s device for 6 months; reissuing available upon request. The photographer is not responsible for loss beyond this period.

7. Photographer aims for portfolio consistency and will consider reasonable suggestions. Client agrees to the photographer’s artistic discretion and that creative differences do not justify termination or refund.

8. Photographer retains copyright. Commercial use requires additional license.

9. Clients grant the photographer permission to use the images for promotion unless otherwise stated in writing before signing the contract.

10. These terms are part of the full agreement. The complete contract terms take precedence.
